These are good quality levers & locks for residential use. They installed easily & work flawlessly. I would have preferred oiled bronze or a pewter finish, but the design in my front door is bright brass. I like that if I turn the lever (inside) when it's locked it will unlock - safer in the event we need to get our of the house without fumbling around to unlock it.Looks nice & operates smoothly.
