I purchased 2 of these for a 2001 GMC Safari.Issues I had:1) The actuators went the opposite directions to lock and unlock the doors - easy fix I swapped the wires and problem solved.2) I tested the actuators before drilling out the rivets, both worked fine and had full movement. After removing the old ones and swapping the brackets I immediately installed them. Drivers side worked great, Passenger side not so much. Problem with actuator movement, would not go all the way down. I suspected a bad one, I removed it and ran the actuator up and down by hand- it was binding. After taking off the bracket I tried it again and it moved freely. In short I was the cause of the actuator not working correctly - I had over tightened the screws when installing the bracket by using a screwdriver and a wrench. Solution - snug down the screws without the wrench and use locktite on the threads. After the problem I had I now suspect that some may have done what I did and caused the problem with an actuator not working very well and gave it a bad review.
